the staff welcomed me with moroccan tea it felt very gentle. the bathroom was wonderful with its pretty details. breakfast was delicious i love the location it let me walk everywhere.

The hotel is near the medina allowing easy access to many sites. Drop-off point for transportation is very close, so carrying luggage to the entrance is not difficult. I found the general location quite convenient.

The staff was very helpful. breakfast included tasty food. the rooftop pool provided a place to cool down. we loved the shaded covered area with sofas and double beds. It added to the relaxation.

the air conditioning was not very effective. it struggled to cool the room sufficiently. the door lock was a simple padlock on a bolt.

The air conditioning was not effective, and the room stayed above 30°C despite adjustments. It was frustrating. The door lock was just a joke. It was a padlock on a bolt I could push open. Breakfast service was a joke. They refused to serve us breakfast before 8 am, even after we informed them about our early flight.
